Agrocom BPM

A set of web, desktop and mobile applications for management and personnel of agriculture companies. Interfaces of web and desktop apps covers all aspects of business processes related to harvesting, storing and sales, such as managing machinery, workforce, fields, crops, transportations. Both web and mobile interfaces feature analytics and dashboards which give insights on productivity, gross measures and other effectivity parameters of the enterprise.

Task

Agrocom, Ukrainian agricultural conglomerate, struggled with an outdated paper-based approach complicating increase of effectivity. Hence, the goal was to reduce management costs and losses caused by human factor. Solutions for decision-making related to machinery, crops, human resources management and increasing a visibility of the processes for executives were in need as well.
