We are a team of engineers, developers, and designers

We all share a passion for creating digital solutions that help businesses grow online. We design and develop web and mobile apps, and we use marketing strategies to help businesses reach more customers. 

Our company has been on the market for more than eight years. During this time, we have assembled a team of true professionals who hear clients and act in accordance with their goals. Today, we are happy to introduce the faces behind the scenes.

Arthur Slyusar, CEO

Artur is an experienced software engineer who worked in large fintech projects for more than five years before launching his own company. At Softensy, Arthur plays a key role in communication with clients. However, sometimes he gets involved in the technical side of the projects and advises effective solutions based on his extensive development expertise.

In his spare time, Arthur enjoys composing music. He loves guitar and keyboard loop improvisation.

Pavlo Gordeev, CTO

Pavlo has been with us since the day the company was founded. He is a senior software engineer with multiple enterprise-level projects under his belt. Pavlo helps clients make global technical decisions throughout the project, plans and builds development processes, and distributes tasks between the project teams.

In his free time, Pavlo practices swimming and reads science fiction.

Serhii Ostrianyn, Project Lead

Serhii is a proactive project manager and talented business analyst with 6+ years of experience in enterprise and startup projects. Serhii studies client businesses, develops software requirements, and leads the implementation process throughout the entire product life cycle. He has a high sense of responsibility and always handles projects with a sense of ownership.

In his spare time, Serhii loves programming, engages in autosport, watches movies, and drinks specialty coffee.

Vadym Lazarev, DevOps

Vadym is a former software engineer who knows all the ins and outs of the software development lifecycle and ensures an effective partnership between software development and IT operations within the Softensy ecosystem. He is responsible for configuring server and cloud environments for backend applications, hardening and monitoring project networks, managing CI/CD processes, and implementing automation tools.

When out of work, Vadym enjoys fishing and reading good books. He is also fond of radio electronics.

Yurii Bosov, iOS Developer, Team Lead

Yurii has 10+years of experience in developing iOS projects. At Softensy, he leads the iOS part of a corporate banking solution and shares his expertise with less experienced colleagues. Yurii is passionate about writing clean code and enhancing app performance. He is well-versed in architecture planning, refactoring, and establishing code quality control.

In his spare time, Yurii likes traveling, biking, running, and cooking.

Anton Litvinenko, Android Developer, Team Lead

Anton is a programming enthusiast with a special passion for Android technologies. Throughout his long path at Softensy, he was involved in various projects in banking, e-commerce, real estate, and IoT. Anton is responsible for writing and testing program code, controlling the quality of product implementation, and managing the Android development team.

When not at work, Anton likes rollerblading and programming in Arduino.

Andrii Karnaukh, Lead Frontend Developer

Andrii has 8+ years of hands-on experience in the web development industry. He has advanced knowledge in an array of web applications and a solid understanding of modern web technologies. At Softensy projects, Andrii writes and reviews code, implements new product features, and participates in project team formation and task distribution.

In his free time, Andrii likes biking, fishing, and learning new programming directions, such as mobile development and the backend.

Mariia Lozova, UI/UX Designer

Mariia is a creative specialist who designs app interfaces with the user in mind. Mariia always thinks outside the box and offers non-standard solutions that, nevertheless, keep pace with the corporate style and business philosophy of the client. At Softensy, Mariia works on multiple projects. She creates designs for the mobile banking app, web banking app, and a payment system. She also helps create presentations and promo materials for the marketing team.

In her free time, Mariia enjoys biking and reading psychological books.

Yevhenii Pozniak, Sales Team Lead

Yevhenii is a motivated sales development professional with eight years of experience in high-level sales environments. Yevhenii has excellent communication skills and can quickly understand the client’s needs at the very first call. Considering the business goals, he suggests cooperation options that 100% meet company needs. 

When out of work, Yevhenii goes to the gym, does diving, plays airsoft, engages in motorsport, and loves fast cars.

Nataliia Profatylo, HR Director

Nataliia is an experienced HR specialist with a deep understanding of human psychology. She cares about the mental comfort of each employee and ensures they work with maximum benefit for the company. At Softensy, Nataliia searches for and interviews candidates, develops and broadcasted corporate culture, automates HR processes, runs salary analytics, and develops the company brand.

In her spare time, Nataliia does yoga, confectionery, and drawing. She also makes amazing beaded crafts.
